As of Monday 15th June, Totally Wicked vape shops open for business but until then, we have a few updates for you.
For the past 11 weeks, vapers who shop in bricks and mortar retail stores have not been able to purchase vaping products in their usual manner, as the UK Government deemed vape shops were not classed as essential stores. Whilst this hearing was incredibly unfortunate and, in our opinion, blatantly wrong, read about how the IBVTA (Independent British Vape Trade Association) campaigned against the ruling.
We would like to thank each and every one of you who stuck with Totally Wicked though these tough times, and continued to stay stocked up via our website, or one of our retail partners, such as EuroGarages or Sainsbury’s. It’s been a very challenging period, and that obviously goes without saying; particularly with vape stores closing just at a time when smokers need them most due to the menthol cigarette ban
Covid-19 vape shop safety measures
Whilst we are of course desperate to have our vape shops open again soon, and we look forward to seeing our loyal Totally Wicked community, the safety of our customers and employees is of paramount importance. This is abundantly clear and really important, we are only reopening our retail chain in line with all UK Government advised safety measures for our teams and our customers, but, we will continue to offer that true Totally Wicked experience that has been the mainstay of our brand since day one, way back in 2008; the highest levels of customer service in a welcoming environment, empathy toward every single customers’ journey from smoking to vaping, and as ever, in-house expertise via experience, knowledge and smoking cessation training (NCSCT – National Centre for Smoking Cessation Training), to ensure the Totally Wicked experience is as premier as ever.The opening hours of stores may change from the usual opening hours so please check the times before visiting the store when we reopen by visiting our vape store finder page on the Totally Wicked website and giving your local store a call first.
We will also, unfortunately but understandably, postpone any product and flavour testing until it is advised safe to do so by the Government and our trade partners at the IBVTA. However, we will happy to set up your kit for you if you wish, whilst maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

Self-Isolating or Vulnerable?
When our vape shops open they cannot offer a local delivery service but the website remains open for business. If you are self-isolating now or in the future or you are vulnerable and do not want to risk going to your local vape shop on the high street you can still get your e-liquid and any other vaping supplies online and by calling our excellent customer service team on 01254 692244.
If you have not ordered from the website before we can create an account for you but please note we do not have any of your personal details from your local store.
